Event Responses

The social events that have major changes, we'll be using the $5 to fund some drinks for the group to share (i.e. Jugs of Drink and maybe bottles of wine if there's enough interest.) We've used this also to secure some of the bookings, as some places required a deposit. If you're not sure about dinner plans, complete the form with "no" (for dinner RSVP) for now. If that changes, you can email events@rotaract.org.au and we'll edit your form input, and see if we can fit you in. We have provided some "no booking" options, as we'll probably be booked out for all dinners, which will still have a large number of Rotaractors at. We decided to avoid paying $1000s to book venues, or going to set menus with $50-90pp prepayment costs depending on the restaurant (usually if you've got groups this size, they require a function package). So, to provide everyone with an affordable option, we've had to book under smaller casual bookings until they're booked out. I know this means some will miss out, but we'll be doing our best to find alternatives if anyone misses out. 💙
